Dr. Steward’s report included an analysis of losses utilizing the earnings history of two individuals currently employed as principals the position Ms. Hebert would have occupied had she been promoted. In his analysis Dr. Steward calculated economic damages by comparing the plaintiff’s current earnings and benefits to her projected salary earnings and benefits had she been promoted to principal in the Galveston Independent School District.
