In this wrongful termination case Dr. Steward was retained to calculate the economic losses the plaintiff experienced as a result of her termination as an office manager by the defendant. In the analysis it is assumed had Ms. Hansen not been terminated by the defendant she would have been able to continue to earn a salary equivalent to her annualized earnings from the prior year in which she had received a promotion. He calculates the economic losses associated with lost wages and lost earnings capacity lost fringe benefits and lost retirement benefits.
