In the case of Ramirez et. al. v. Riverbay, in the Federal Court of New York, we analyzed the alleged impact of the defendant’s time clock rounding policy. The plaintiff’s allege that the employer’s time keeping policies systematically understate employee’s work time. Our analysis included an examination of the employee time punch records, employee payroll data, and employee time diary information. Furthermore, we analyzed the economic impact of time clock rounding rules.
